The naked truth
Well, Rebels is the new thing. So I thought just for fun it would be cool to be the first one to build a authentic Full-Metal Shoulderarmor.
Material is 1,5mm thick Aluminum.
I'm not really interested in cosplaying Kanan. I just seeked the challange creating something new.
Interested in Full Metal Cosplay?

Ahh EVA foam, that actually must be damn comfortable
And with that extremely low weight, it must indeed be very wearable.
I think after all this I will definitely be giving alu a try. Beyond the ductility of it, it seems like the better option.
And thanks, I understand now It actually looks very thick and sturdy.
Cheers for the tips again - I feel lots more ready to start now, hopefully I'll be uploading the early stages of my progress on here soon. I noticed your 'fullmetalfantasy' website and damn, beyond the awesome talent I think it's a shame you're in Germany because I'd definitely come and work for you if that's what you needed and you were in the UK. Looks like a lot of fun.
Anyway, I look forward to more cool stuff to come
